Summary: Front reception was not friendly at all. Hotel smells. Bathroom floor was sticky. Our room was right beside another entrance and there was a door slamming all night. We checked in late evening and have a toddler, otherwise I would have insisted on another room or got a refund and gone to another hotel. I chose this hotel because it claimed to be "family friendly". Spend the extra $40 and stay at the Holiday Inn. Trust me.
